Here's our return and refund policy:

  1. Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that certain items, such as downloadable content or perishable goods, are non-returnable.

  1. Return Process:

Initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at ownkneechan@gmail.com. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide necessary instructions.

  1. Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specified period. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Exchange:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product separately.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
